At CVBM Property we believe in communication, that’s why as our clients you immediately know when works have been instructed on your site, you are advised of tile cleaning and gardening schedules in advance.

In addition our Property Managers make a quarterly additional visit where all the residents are invited to discuss any concerns directly.

To ensure that we provide the highest standard of service, every development has a dedicated Property Manager. Your property manager will carry out scheduled site inspections; that will include; arrange works; attend meetings and generally maintain the Property on a day-to-day basis.

Each property manager is supported by a property administrator and is monitored by the Managing Director.The Managing Director operates a hands on role, with constant reviewing and monitoring your Property with a view to improving the Property and the Services provided. Individual Service Level Agreements are put in place to ensure every development is maintained to our very high standards.
